Enabling Role:
Facilitating interventions as above are offered to help identify and achieve business growth objectives of the client companies, based on their business priorities, strengths and opportunities.

Most of such interventions being strategic in nature would be applied in a ‘project’ mode - for achievement of breakthrough business milestones.

The Offering:

Enabling Platform:
The enabling platform offered will be distinct from that of a Consulting firm, in as compensation will be based on pre-determined deliverables as defined in the engagement contracts. In simple terms, the value addition offered will go beyond advising a course or a solution, and will extend to delivering results by working with the management team of the client company. Another key differentiator will be the intent to form deep and lasting associations with select clients. Alignment of vision and values will be as critical a criterion as the uniformity in assessment of the business growth potential and opportunity.

A typical engagement term sheet will contain the following specifics:
  1. Definition of intent and deliverables, emanating from the current to desired state, specifying the type of intervention required and quantification of the value addition expected with milestones;
  2. Engagement & compensation terms could be evolved on either of the following two basis:
    1. Long-term Engagement
      would typically be for 3 years duration, subject to annual review for mutually agreed revisions, extension or termination.
    2. Project Based Engagement
      could cover a series of interventions required to achieve specific goals or projects with defined time-bound plan and deliverables. Compensation in such cases would normally be project specific and will be based on assessment of the period and intensity of engagement.
